Each Busy Tot Box will include a cover letter that introduces the crafts, snacks, recipes, surprise gift and fun facts for the month. We’ll also share any exciting announcements or news about special inclusions and offers from Busy Tot Box sponsors.

• CRAFTS

Watch your child light up with excitement when their Busy Tot Box arrives in the mail each month!

Each monthly Busy Tot Box contains 4 complete craft kits … that’s a new activity for each week! In addition, each craft will include easy-to-follow instructions and a corresponding “fun facts” sheet that will add long-term educational value and interest. Who knew learning could be so much fun?! Your child will be inspired … and so will you by their sheer enthusiasm!

The craft kits are intended to be interactive. Children of all ages will benefit from:

• educational development;
• stimulating cognitive and creative thinking;
• spurring their imagination;
• reinforcing motor skills;
• building vocabulary;
• increasing self-esteem as children master their own creations; and
• spending quality time together.

Craft kits are uniquely selected each month to correspond with seasonal events and change annually to offer new experiences for long-term subscribers.

Below are pictures of recent projects assembled by Busy Tot Box crafters.

All craft kits are designed for children ages 3 and up; however, they offer enjoyment for all ages, including little ones with adult supervision or older children and adults needing to expand their crafting skills. All materials are supplied, including pre-cut pieces and easy-to-follow instructions. You may need a few household supplies, such as scissors, markers, tape, or glue. Adults are encouraged to help children enjoy the crafting process; however, many kits are simple enough for older children to complete independently.

CAUTION: These products are not recommended for children under the age of three as they may pose a choking hazard. Adult supervision is encouraged for younger crafters.

• FUN FACTS

“Fun Facts” will be included to correspond with each of the 4 crafts and the surprise gift in the monthly Busy Tot Boxes. These may be relevant to a holiday or other special event or celebration, such as National Kazoo Day, National Bubble Week, and National Hamburger Month … yes, these are real occasions! Subscribe now to learn about lots more reasons to celebrate!

• SURPRISE GIFT

Each monthly Busy Tot Box will include a surprise gift that corresponds to a holiday or other special day of celebration occurring during that distribution month. These surprise gifts could be anything from a game, to a noise maker, to a coloring book … or anything in between. That’s why they’re a surprise!

If you add an additional set of supplies to your order for another child in the same household, then you will receive an additional surprise gift as well.

• RECIPES

Need new meal ideas? Don’t we all!? Never fear, each monthly Busy Tot Box will include at least 2 “tried and true” seasonal recipes. If our test kitchen is in full swing, we may even toss in a couple extra. The selected recipes are intended to be kid-friendly … but each child is different, so forgive us if we miss the mark! And the recipes strive to promote healthy nutrition … but some are just plain good!

If you’re looking for something in particular, feel free to e-mail us and we’ll do our best to locate a recipe that might fit the bill!

• SNACKS

Each monthly Busy Tot Box will include at least one individually packaged, family-friendly snack or quick prep food item for you and your child to try. Snack sponsors or various advertisers may also provide product coupons and/or recipe suggestions. You’ll enjoy trying new products and reacquainting yourself with ones you may have forgotten about. This is a great way to taste test items without having to make larger purchases. Besides, we know it’s the kids’ opinions that matter, so let the real taste testers give their ruling!

If you add an additional set of supplies to your order for another child in the same household, then you will receive an additional snack or quick prep food item as well.

CAUTION: We do not have a way of identifying food allergies of persons receiving Busy Tot Box mailings; therefore, please use discretion in reviewing contents before serving items to your child(ren) if they may be allergic to certain foods.

• GIFT ORDERS

Considering a gift order? Busy Tot Box provides entertainment all through the year, not just after it’s first opened. Plus, your child will continue to learn and grow. With the first package sent, you’ll be able to include a gift message to the special child in your life. They’ll be so excited to know who sent each package especially to them!

If you’re ordering for more than one child in the same household, you may add on additional supplies for much less than a second (or third, or fourth,) subscription price. Each additional supplies order will include another set of the same 4 craft kits, surprise gift, and snack item(s).

Orders must be received by the 10th of the month to be included in the following month’s mailing. For example, orders placed by January 10th will receive their first package around February 1st.

Note: additional supplies must be purchased with a subscription for the same number of months.
