Privacy:
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or rent your information. Your
information will be held in strict confidence. Busy Tot Box, itself, may
occasionally send relevant information that we feel will appeal to your
interests; however, this will not occur more than twice a month.

Product:
We are dedicated to providing quality products. However, in using any of
our products, Busy Tot Box will not be held responsible for any mishaps,
consequences, damage, injury or loss. Crafts are intended to be
assembled under adult supervision.

Shipping:
Busy Tot Boxes may be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
ground, first-class, parcel post, or priority mail options . If you
would like to have a confirmation number or insurance, then your order
will incur an additional charge that is not included in the free
continental US shipping. If you would like this additional service,
please contact us with your order specifications.
Orders placed by the 10th
of the month are guaranteed to receive the following month’s Busy Tot
Box (within approximately 3 weeks). Orders received after the 10th will
receive their first mailing within 2 months.
Busy Tot Box is not
responsible for the packages after they have shipped, nor are we
responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages needing to be resent will
require additional replacement and shipping charges.
To place an order requiring
shipment outside of the continental US, please contact us directly so
that we may provide you with accurate shipping costs. We also reserve
the right to make adjustments in the shipping prices if they should
increase.

Payment:
Customers shall be liable for the payment of all bills and charges
incurred. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. All claims of errors
in payment transactions must be made within 30 days of the date of
purchase. A $30 charge will be applied to all returned checks. If a
legitimate credit card charge is challenged by the customer and results
in Busy Tot Box incurring a chargeback fee, then the customer may be
liable for related expenses of up to $20 per incident.

Returns, Refunds &
Cancellations:
Busy Tot Box will correct any issues with defective products. Simply
contact our office within 30 days via mail, telephone, or e-mail and we
would be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Busy Tot Box offers a
30-day guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are not completely
satisfied with a mailing, you may return it for a refund of the purchase
price as long as all items are still in their original, sealed packages.
The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges, and a
$5.00 return processing and restocking fee will be charged. To request a
refund, please include a note identifying why the package has not met
your expectations, and provide your name, address, phone number, and
original receipt (i.e. copy of your subscription purchase confirmation
sent via e-mail or packing slip.) Please allow up to 4 weeks to process
any remaining refund due. It is recommended that you utilize a package
tracking service and/or insure your parcel when sending items back as we
cannot refund items that we do not receive. Mail returns to:

Busy Tot Box subscriptions
may be cancelled. Expiring subscriptions will cancel automatically if a
renewal is not received in advance as all mailings are sent on a
pre-paid basis. However, if you choose to cancel your subscription
early, then please notify us via mail, telephone, or e-mail so that we
may promptly process your request. To help us better serve you, please
identify your reason for cancellation. If there are pre-paid months
remaining on your subscription, then a refund will be issued for the
balance, minus a $3.00 cancellation processing fee. Refunds are limited
to maximum of 3 months of pro-rated subscription costs. Please note that
depending on when cancellation notification is received, you may
be sent one additional mailing. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process
any remaining refund due.

Changes:
Changes and improvements are made to our site frequently, in addition to
terminating information, without notice.
Additionally, this
agreement may be changed at any time. Each time our site is accessed,
the user agrees to the terms herein, even if they have been modified
since prior access.

Any links, advertisements, or verbiage displayed is provided for your
information and convenience only. Their presence does not imply any
endorsement by Busy Tot Box of any content found on our site or their
sites. We make every effort to monitor each site link posted. If you
