Craft activities are already planned, prepared, and at your door each
month, complete with materials, instructions, and fun facts. No
shopping. No looking for extra supplies. Plus you can take them with you
for a simple travel activity. In addition, recipes will be provided to
minimize your meal planning and recipe searching. And at least one snack
or quick prep food item will also be included so you can give them a
trial run before finalizing your grocery list.

How can a Busy Tot Box
save me money?
Everything you need comes directly to your door, besides a few common
household supplies like scissors, tape, glue, or markers. No purchasing
or storing miscellaneous craft supplies. No driving to various stores.
Plus, the recipes that are included are ones that we consider to be
“tried and true”, so no wasting money on meals that flop. And you can
taste test a variety of snacks before buying larger sizes. You can’t
afford not to subscribe!

What are the recommended
ages for the subscriptions?
All craft kits are designed for boys and girls ages 3 to 10 years old;
however, they offer enjoyment for all ages, including little ones with
adult supervision or older children and adults needing to expand their
crafting skills. The surprise gifts are also recommended for the same
age group. However, the fun facts, recipes, and snacks are enjoyable for
all ages.

What if we do not
celebrate traditional holidays?
All standard Busy Tot Box subscriptions include holiday crafts, such as
Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and many other holidays with
lesser religious origins. If you prefer to not receive holiday crafts,
please indicate “No” on the order form for each child when asked if
he/she celebrates traditional holidays. A general craft kit of equitable
value will be sent in place of any holiday crafts.

Can I purchase
subscriptions for more than one child at a time?
Absolutely! If shipping to the same address, we offer a cost-effective
option of adding additional craft kits, surprise gifts, and snack items
for each additional child in the household. They will receive one
package each month with multiple kits and items inside. However,
separate orders must be placed if shipping to different addresses or if
ordering more than one type of subscription.

When will I receive my
first Busy Tot Box?
Orders placed by the 10th of the month are guaranteed to receive the
following month’s Busy Tot Box (within approximately 3 weeks). Orders
received after the 10th will receive their first mailing within 2
months.

Monthly Busy Tot Boxes are intended to arrive within the first few days
of each month.

Do I have to place my
order on-line?
No. You may print and complete the subscription order form and mail it
with payment or provide your credit card information for processing.

all returned checks. Packages are only shipped after payment has
cleared.

Are there any shipping
charges?
No. Shipping is included for Busy Tot Boxes mailed within the
continental United States. For shipments going outside the continental
US, please contact us for estimated shipping costs.

What form of payment do
you accept?
We accept ATM debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express payments via our website, by fax, or by phone. If you would like to pay by personal check, cashier’s
check, or money order, you may print, complete, and submit the order
form with payment.

must be made in U.S. funds. A $30 charge will be applied to all returned
checks. Packages are only shipped after payment has cleared.

How can I change the
shipping address for my subscription?
If you have a change of address, simply print and complete the
Change of
Address Form and return it via mail or fax, or click here to submit the
form on-line. Depending on when the modification is received, the change
may not be effective until the second succeeding shipment.

Can I get a replacement
if I receive a damaged Busy Tot Box?
Yes, we will correct any issues with defective products. Simply contact
our office within 30 days via mail, telephone, or e-mail and we would be
happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my
subscription?
Yes, subscriptions may be cancelled. Expiring subscriptions will cancel
automatically if a renewal is not received in advance as all mailings
are sent on a pre-paid basis. However, if you choose to cancel your
subscription early, then please notify us via mail, telephone, or e-mail
so that we may promptly process your request. To help us better serve
you, please identify your reason for cancellation. If there are pre-paid
months remaining on your subscription, then a refund will be issued for
the balance, minus a $3.00 cancellation processing fee. Refunds are
limited to maximum of 3 months of pro-rated subscription costs. Please
note that depending on when cancellation notification is received, you
may be sent one additional mailing. Please allow up to 4 weeks to
process any remaining refund due.

Can I return a Busy Tot
Box if I am not satisfied?
Yes, Busy Tot Box offers a 30-day guarantee on all subscriptions. If you
are not completely satisfied with a mailing, you may return it for a
refund of the purchase price as long as all items are still in their
original, sealed packages. The customer is responsible for any shipping
and handling charges, and a $5.00 return processing and restocking fee
will be charged. To request a refund, please include a note identifying
why the package has not met your expectations, and provide your name,
address, phone number, and original receipt (i.e. copy of your
subscription purchase confirmation sent via e-mail or packing slip.)
Please allow up to 4 weeks to process any remaining refund due. It is
recommended that you utilize a package tracking service and/or insure
your parcel when sending items back as we cannot refund items that we do
